Overview:
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an Elk Grove-based organization. This role supports high-volume AP functions and contributes to streamlined accounting operations. Pay up to $28/hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle AP processing
High-volume invoice entry and 3-way match
GL coding and approval routing
Vendor relations and payment issue resolution
Weekly check runs, ACH processing, and expense reimbursements
Support month-end close with reconciliations and reporting

Excel & ERP system proficiency
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
